DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES:

• USPS First Class Mail (Standard 4-8 business days) FREE on orders over $50.

• USPS Priority Mail (Express 1-3 business days) $5 flat rate

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES: 

• International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

FULFILLMENT:

• First class mail orders will be processed between 2-5 days after payment. 
• Priority mail orders will be processed the next day after payment.

RETURN TO SENDER/INCORRECT ADDRESS AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE:

If you enter the incorrect shipping address at the time of purchase and USPS returns back the package, you will have to incur the new re-shipping fee.

PACKAGE DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED: 

El Santo Mercado Jewelry is not responsible for packages that have been delivered by the carrier, but not received. If this happens, please contact USPS for further information.

We do not have control over any packages once we have dropped them at the post office and they are scanned into the USPS system.
